Legal Plan
Pre-Paid Legal is the
provider of the legal plan. This plan is offered as a
payroll deducted benefit for active, full-time employees
working 16 or more hours a week. This plan is also
available for employees who do not meet these
requirements as a monthly bank draft.
The plan is a
membership discount program for legal service
through a Provider Law Firm. The plan covers all types
of law except legal action brought against CHS.
It provides legal service at a discount off of the
attorney's normal fees. This is usually a 25% discount.
Identity Theft Shield
Now available as a stand alone plan
or as a add on to your existing legal plan. Plan
offers Credit Report, Continuous Credit Monitoring (You
must check your credit report one time after your plan
is in force to activate the monitoring) and Identity
Restoration Services.
Legal Shield Rider
Now available as a add on to your legal
plan. Rider offers 24 hour toll free number to
attorney, in the event of you are arrested or detained.

The plan can be purchased
at any time by completing an application. It takes 10-15
days to be fully enrolled in the plan once a signed
application is received in our office. Applications can
be mailed to Americas Insurance Advisors, Inc. at 1710
Chapin Road, Chapin, SC 29036 or faxed to
1-803-345-5846. Please be sure to include a phone number
incase we need to contact you regarding the application.
